Hello and welcome.
 
These K12 Micras were really bad for the boot release mechanism going faulty. They used to get damp and stop working. They have modified the new one but it will need replacing. On the bright side they are very easy to fit.

Greetings one and all.

This is my first post.

My mother has a Nissan Micra Urbis 05 registration.

WE seem to have a problem in that the boot/tailgate will not unlock.
It is on a central locking system and the doors unlock but the boot will not.

I was wondering if there were any previous threads or if some advice could be given.
Personally I think it is something to do with damp and the electrics but I am not sure where to start.

Any advice would be welcome.
