The multi stacks can give problems like this. It is possible to strip it yourself and remove the disc if you have a couple of hours to spare. Otherwise i would suggest a car audio shop.

I have a 2006 Nissan Note SVE & the CD player is jammed showing select tray 5 &  it does not matter what button you press.
