Nissan Note Clutch

 I purchased the car when it was seven months old, i am the second owner.  I have an ongoing problem with a clutch judder only when pulling away. .This started around 12,000 miles. When this happend my dealership went bust. The car was still under warantee. I took the car to two other dealers who realy were not interest as the car was not putchased withe them. They both offered to strip the clutch down at a cost of �450 and then consider with Nissan UK. if they would pay part of the cost. I contacted Nissan UK. and explained my problem, they said that because I was the second owner I had no come back. and it was possibly down to my driving
I have been driving for 46 years and have never had a clutch replaced in any car
The Note is my fifth  Nissan and due to the responce I have had possibly the last
