Hi All, 2007 Nissan Micra 1.2 Auto. I am a new member with a query. The vehicle has 400 miles on the clock, and no-one seems to know the answer. When the car is parked in the garage; which is on a slight slope; and engine is started it is very quiet, then when reverse gear is selected there is a "tinny rattling " noise from underneath. Can anyone supply an answer for me to cure this minor problem, which does not occur when the car is on a level surface. In anticipation. Thank you Janboy janboy57@gmail.com

could be the catalyst heat shield rattling , only very thin and flimsy, noise being amplified due to enclosed area. |

Hi shinysr20,
Thanks for the info, will have a look at the catalyst heat shield and see if the noise can be stopped. Cheers Janboy |
