Just found a little book that's about a healthy, well balanced, mind/body/spirit.

Do you mind if I share a few of the things on here? Going to anyway!

Stress in the workplace:- When you experiance stress in the workplace, there's nothing more relaxing or soothing than herbal tea. Make the tea in a large mug, add plenty of organic honey, stir well. Then pour whole mugful over the PC of the person who p****d you off.

Finding out who you are:- The best way to find out who you are is to go up to somebody who knows you and say  ' Who am I?'.

Another good way is to look at your passport or driving licence.

Negative feelings:- When you have negative feelings, write them on a piece of paper, hold the paper over a lighted candle. As you watch it burn, say to yourself 'Goodbye negative feelings'.

Then go to the front door, open it wide and say ' Hello positive feelings, come on in'.

If you find there are no positive feelings on your doorstep, scream out loudly ' You B******s, you're supposed to be here!'

The Inner Core:- Lie down in a grassy park and relax completely.

Close your eyes.

Access your inner core by listening to your breathing.

After a few minutes you find yourself suffused with a feeling of warmth.

Check to see if you've been p****d on by a dog.

That's it for now, more later. Have they helped on your path to enlightenment?

I am who I am, I think what I think, I say what I say
