i havent realy noticed it on mine. the note is fly by wire so it only a position sensor and a switch on the pedal
does the pedal spring back ok if you push it down and let go ? If its under warrenty pop it back to the dealer to have a look at it |

what car did you have befor the note ?? If it was an older car it may off had a throttle cable what makes the pedal stiffer, most newer cars are fly by wire ie. no throttle cable all thay have connected to the pedal is a position sensor and a spring what does make them feel light my last 3 cars where fly by wire so i must be use to it Saying that my old fiat strada 130TC (twin twin 45 webbers) with a cable took a bit more effort Edited by flash22 |

no, i have had many cars mate and drive many cars in a week, i know the principle of drive by wire, it must just be hyper sensitive.

I have a1.6 Note and the drive is very lumpy if the revs are between 1000 and 2000 rpm, it is, as if the throttle is closing and the revs drop off. I tried a stationary test where I attempted to hold the throttle between 1500 and 2000 rpm which I found impossible, the Nissan dealer said this is quite normal and the car would indeed be uncomfortable to drive at low speeds. I think this is something Nissan needs to sort, possibly the throttle position sensor is faulty.
