Towbar and Trailer

   just wondering anybody know where i can buy a good cheap towbar for my 2003 almera 3 door n16 1.5?

also anybody know of the limitations around towing, im 23 dnt have the trailer licence but i am allowed to tow up to half ton i think?

do i need all lights etc to tow, im guessing its a defo that i need a plate but do i need all lights if im just towing in the day?
