wing mirror cover fell off

   hi, 
I need to get this sorted before my husband comes home from work, the passenger wing mirror fell off in the car wash and i don't know how to put it back, do i click the bottom in first, the top, i don't know, all the clips look okay, so it should work. 

Help.
