Rear parking sensor has gone quiet

   Hi all help please.
I have a almera dCi SXE. Today when I started it up my rear parking sensor has gone very quiet. I can barely hear the bleep at the rear of my vehicle whereas it must have been coming through the speakers before. Was fine last night. I did put something into the safety net in the boot before i stared up, is that where it's wired in and could I have dislodged it.
