Thanks guys for your info. Will now take it to 'normal' high street garage for 'proper' appraisal. Incidently, re. tyre wear, mine are still on the original 'Continentals'. After 30,000 miles I don't think thats' bad at all!!

Mmmmm. Yes, I'll do that naturally, but my question is...shouldn't we Note owners expect suspension arms to last longer than 30,000 miles of normal usage. Of my many and varied cars over the last 40 odd years I've NEVER had any suspension arms fail on me. Is this possibly a Nissan 'built-in' failure?

Hi, I'm new. Have a Note 2006 1.6se with 30,000 miles on the clock. Have just been told by my Nissan garage that my lower OSF & NSF suspension arms need replacing! After just 30,000 miles? Is this normal? Or is my garage trying it on? Has anybody had any suspension issues? Apperently they want £624 to repair so no cheap deal!!
