Hello all. Noticed this morning that windscreen defogging on my 2006 Pathfinder (heater/air conditioner described as type B in hand book) is not working. On pressing defogger button, fan speeds up, display shows defogger icon and air con activates etc but very little air comes from windscreen vents. Any one had this problem?

Hello aagain. Got it sorted. Took it to local garage I use. Was advised to take it to franchise dealer. He said climate control problems can be very complicated to fix and, although their labour rates were less, a franchise would know how to get into it and probably take less time than them to fix it. Took it to Chorley Nissan Wigan branch. Diagnosed as windscreen heater vent flap assembly seized. They were very good. Cost £99. But now I can see where I'm going on cold mornings!
