Hi. It sounds to me like a faulty coolant temp sender unit. This used to be really common on Micras.

Evening,
Have you checked your coolant level?
Check these and top-up if needed.
Otherwise it maybe a faulty temperature sender unit and fan switch in the radiator.

HI MY 05 2.5 PF TEMPERATURE GAUGE IS UP HALFWAY AND FAN RUNNING ALL THE TIME EVEN THEN ENGINE IS COLD.
