Dear kevshek,

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following auction-style listing(s):

8031550369 - Blitz Supercharger Kit for New Previa  2.4 VVTi ACR30W

However, your listing was in breach of eBay's Inappropriate Links policy and has been removed from eBay.  We have credited all associated fees to your account and notified eBay users associated with the transaction that it has been cancelled.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your listing is not permitted.

Your listing(s) contains the following information:

http://www.ChargedPrevia.co.uk

eBay allows sellers to place the following types of links in your item's description:

- One link to a page that further describes the item being sold in that listing
- One link to your email address that opens an email client for potential buyers to ask questions about the item in that listing
- Links to photos of the item for sale
- Links to your eBay (including your eBay Shop)
- Links to your About Me page (in addition to the About Me icon already provided by eBay)
- Links that provide credits to third parties
- One link to your listing terms and conditions (providing that the most relevant information is within the listing itself and that this page does not include any links off of eBay)

If you have a logo for any of these links, it may be no greater than 88x33 pixels and it may not flash or otherwise move.Links to Web pages that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services outside of eBay are not permitted. For more information on Inappropriate Links visit the following Help page:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-links.html

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you relist this, or any other item that breaches eBay policy, your eBay privileges could be suspended. We value you as a member of our community and wish to continue this relationship, so we must ask you to refrain from further breaches of the User Agreement and eBay policy.

Please review eBay's Listing Policies and User Agreement at the following locations:

  http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/policies.html
  http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/user-agreement.html

For more information on why eBay removes auction-style listings, or to write to us with questions, please review the following Web page:

  http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/confidence/listing-ended.html

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Regards,

eBay Trust & Safety

Ive replied to them telling them the link is to show the auction is genuine, the site and its content belong to me and realate to the auction. Motherfunkers!

More so it helps identify the exact car.

Also told them to do something useful like remove the porn being sold on ebay.
Waiting to here back.

Just got a responce from ebay, to which i simply replied
"aye, i should think so!"

Hello,

Thank you for writing back to us regarding your ended listing. Please
allow me the opportunity to assist you further.

We understand the frustration you felt when you were notified that we
had removed your listings. Please accept our most sincere apologies
regarding this issue.

After reviewing your account and the listings in question, it was found
that the auctions were indeed listed correctly. I have amended your
account to reflect the removal of the violation. This violation will not
be held against your records.

We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter and ask that you
can excuse us this error in judgement. The fees associated with these
listings have been refunded to your account. Please feel free to relist
the items as they were in compliance with the listing policy guidelines.

With over 1 million active listings at any given time, it is not always
feasible for us to be aware of all violating listings within the time
frame of some auctions. This is why we rely on members, such as
yourself, to report these listings and bring them to our attention. As
such, you will see items on the site currently in violation of our
listing policies. However, when we receive reports for these violations,
we fully investigate each report. Listings that are found in violation
are dealt with appropriately.

For future reference, please report any questionable listings you may be
concerned about using the following link:

 http://pages.ebay.co.uk/safetycentre/index.html

Again, thank you for your email and please don't hesitate to let us know
if you have any further questions or concerns.

Regards,

Jason Connor

take them to court... sue them for loss of sale... for all you know there could have been someone visiting e-bay while it was removed looking for a super charger, seeing none available and then going to Halfords to get one instead..

at least they could have given you a free posting
