Bike had got pretty dirty as I hadnt cleaned it for ages.Also got rid of a lot of the corrosion with a little bit of elbow grease.When looking under the bike I noticed it had a rebound damping knob,which shocked me as I didnt think it had one LOL.So I have stiffend up the spring and damper and the back seems much better planted now
