i can`t believe nissan have started using renault parts, engines, electrics, etc. had a megane for a while, or should i say it had me, never known a more badly made car.......door pockets would fill up with water every time it rained, sunroof worked when it wanted to, different warning lights every day of the week, electric steering lock failed (£300 if i remember), and finally the turbo ate the diesel engine, £1200 plus.......at which point i flogged it to we buyanyoldpieceof frenchcrap.com for £600 and moved on. always remember an article where they were roadtesting cars and the reviewer summarised by saying that even after all these years, german and japanese screwdrivers still tighten things better than french and italian ones...... |

all cars have problems of some kind. if your car has persistent problems then all i can say is unlucky, you got yourself a lemon.
my note has been reliable since i bought it in Feb. lately it became harder and harder to start then i found out the battery main terminal was loose. apart from that, which i wont blame the manufacturer, everything has been perfect. when you talk about the least reliable jap cars i would say subaru, mitsubishi. they are shocking. nissan was only made a little worse cos of the french electronics. i had a sunny, almera, micra all before the french collaboration and they just kept going on and on and on. |

But i dont think so ..beacause i have heard many people complaining about the cars...even thought it is new...so better to go for other options or variations.

the jap cars. |

Well I just got a phone call from a very nice lady at Nissan and they are going to work closely with the dealership/garage to sort the problems once and for all. I'm impressed getting the phone call and hope I continue to be impressed. |
