I get to tank round all day in a response car on my own, more money and i have to work in the control room too and more management responsibilities.

Now didn't think i'd say this, but they use the new astra estates 1.9tdi or something that have been specially made for staffs, chipped, sports stuff stuck on it and all, shit loads of blue lights etc and they are fast as fuck. I sat there on the way to a job thinking, fuck me this seemed faster then my GT!!!!

only time will tell when i take it around and find out

On the subject of paramedics. I was watch Life of Mars on Monday. They were cartching this girl off to hospital after being shot. As she's being loaded into the ambulance the hero is saying he thinks she needs a drip and something or other to steam the bleeding, and the guy on the streatcher turns to him and says 'bloody hell mate, I'm just the drive...'

Kinda brought home the high standard of todays ambulance crews...
