lol), I am well impressed! The car is absolutely on rails now and looks

H&R springs and KYB AGX adjustables, ooh and a WSW strut brace too.... well happy. kybs very nice and yes you can adjust them on the car rears have a dial on the side and the fronts you just need a small screw driver and push the dial in and turn on the tops -------------

couldnt say as I've not used koni, but they are supposed to be very similar

lol, i'm sure i put a post up....got rid of the koni's and h&r springs, sold them and got myself some apex and kybs agx, and the ride is much better. a lot softer which is what i like and alot better over all these stupid speed humps down my road. Sure i told you at peterborough coz my tyres are rubbing abit over humps if i go to fast over them with the apex springs. so you told me to get some 40 profiles on -------------

it aint exactly standard anyway, the sport suspension is a bit better than the se stuff.
