Nothing major yet..... touch wood! Had a warning light come on to say there was a little water in the diesel over the weekend but a simple fix, (Drain plug at the bottom of the fuel filter) other than that nothing to report so far. We've now done 2500 miles since we got it and apart from a bit of hesitation under acceleration the first big trip we did its been ok. I'm impressed with MPG, i've seen how bad the 2.3 (Even the 2.0) diesel drinks!!!
