Managed to rip the mounting plate off the drivers door glass one frosty morning - the plates are no longer available without the glass which is �144 from main dealer. Tried all the scrappers in the area and no-one has a 3-door glass available - can anyone help??? cheers

These plates can be bonded back on using silicone sealer. Make sure the glass is clean before applying the sealer. Then refit the glass to the door and wind up the window. Now leave it for at least 12 hours before you use the window and it should be fine.
